flour tortilla shells (as many as you need- every 2 shells will make 4 quesadilla quarters), boneless, skinless chicken breast (how much depends on ho much chicken you want inside!), mixed grated cheese (i use a mix of mexican and italian cheese for a nice balance), seasoning salt, poultry seasoning, garlic powder, cumin (or packet taco seasoning), ranch dressing, hot sauce and taco sauce (optional)

eggs, beaten, louisiana hot sauce, seasoning salt, kraft 100% parmesan cheese (the canned stuff works fine for this), dried breadcrumbs (italian seasoned are nice), boneless skinless chicken breasts

steaks (it s also nice with shrimp, portabello mushrooms, and chicken), worcestershire sauce, italian salad dressing (zesty is best), garlic powder (garlic pepper adds a nice zip to the marinade), onion powder, seasoning salt (i like paul prudhomme s meat magic for this, although any good seasoned salt will work just fine.), cracked pepper (lemon pepper is also good), liquid smoke flavoring (hickory or mesquite)
