pillsbury sugar cookie dough , refridgerated roll, cream cheese, sugar, canned crushed pineapple (drain well ), mixed fresh fruit (to garnish , red grapes, kiwi strawberries, etc, sliced very thinly)

shaved ham, frozen mini-phyllo pastry shells, shredded swiss cheese, strawberry jam

frozen 3-inch pie pastry tart shells (mini pie shells, approx. 3 1/2 inch size), eggs, granulated sugar, all-purpose flour, key lime juice (fresh or bottled ), lemon zest or 1 -1 1/2 tbsp lime zest, finely grated, salt, cream or whipped topping, lime slices (or other sliced fruits for garnish) or strawberry (or other sliced fruits for garnish)
