4 meatballs cream sauce low fat Recipes

sliced mushrooms, onion, halved and sliced, vegetable oil (i used olive oil), condensed cream of mushroom soup, low-fat milk (i used whole milk because thats what i had on hand), worcestershire sauce, frozen meatballs (i had made my own), linguine, uncooked (i used angel hair, but i think any rice would be ok too)

chopped green onion , to taste, seasoned bread crumbs, grated parmesan cheese, ground beef, italian bread , cut into 1 inch slices, cream cheese, softened, mayonnaise (not low-fat or lite ), pepper, shredded mozzarella cheese, divided, spaghetti sauce, water, garlic cloves, minced

vegetarian ground beef (i recommend lightlife gimme lean ground beef style, don tsp use crumbles), soy sauce, olive oil, garlic cloves, chopped, eggs or 1 egg substitute, crumbled bread, onion, chopped fine, milk, low-fat cream of mushroom soup, milk, oil (for cooking ), salt and pepper
