3 killer baked potatoes Recipes

baking potatoes / 3 or 4 medium sized diced in to small almost bite sized cubes and fried until golden brown and crunchy season with lawrys season salt and pepper, a small onion diced small, crushed and diced clove of garlic (just 1 the flavor is killer good), cilantro a bout a small handfull of leaf and stem cut into very small peices, tuna drained rinsed drained and seasoned very lightly w/ salt and pepper suqeeze a lil lemon juice on top mix together, spoonful mayo (regular) * add more if u wish, just a squirt of mustard not a lot or its too much, bbq sauce

sweet potatoes , scrubbed, honey or brown sugar, butter, vanilla, a little milk (just a smidgeon), chopped pecans (i love my food processor for this), marshmallows (optional. baby marshmallows handle better , but the big marshmallow covers more area.)
