quick-cooking oatmeal, honey (depends on your taste. i normally use 1 tsp), non-dairy coffee creamer (optional- i use creamer cos i can tsp take milk and love creamy stuff), cinnamon (optional), water (very hot or boiling , it depends on whether you want the lumpier version or the more drinkable versio)
