water, honey, black tea or 4 chai tea teabags, vanilla extract, cinnamon sticks, ground ginger, ground cardamom, nutmeg, granulated sugar (optional), milk

water, blanched almond, cardamom pods, peppercorn, cinnamon stick, fresh ginger, peeled slice, fennel seed, green tea powder (must be matcha but f. didn tsp recognise, i use matcha superior from teaopia), alcohol free vanilla (i buy ours from the health food shop), local raw honey , to taste
