strawberries, fresh , rough chopped (frozen will also work, but please thaw), mangoes , fresh rough chopped (same thing, frozen is ok, but please thaw first), brown sugar (i use light brown ), rum (golden ), honey, to taste (approximately 1 tsp), water, salt

ramen noodles (minus seasoning packet), strawberry sauce (like you would get on an ice cream sundae), honey, cinnamon, sugar, cream , from a can or cool whip, is best.
