semisweet chocolate (good quality and chopped into 2 inch pieces), non-dairy coffee creamer (soy silk and plain), orange liqueur (or rum-optional), cocoa powder (or finely grated semi-sweet chocolate)

dark chocolate, finely chopped (high quality - 60% cocoa or better), walnut oil or 1/4 cup almond oil or 1/4 cup canola oil, water, unsweetened cocoa (optional), chopped nuts (optional)
