6 cucumbers sour fat non fat Recipes

cucumbers , peeled cut in quarters lengthwise then cut into small wedges, if using english , no need to, low fat or 1 cup fat free sour cream, celery seed, chopped fresh chives, chopped fresh parsley, salt & freshly ground black pepper

cucumbers, onion, chopped garlic, chicken broth (i use low sodium ), sour cream (we used non-fat), salt, a dash of tabasco sauce

low sodium chicken broth, chopped green onion, lemon juice, sea salt, fresh chopped dill to taste, garlic powder, non fat yogurt, sour cream, seeded diced cucumber, also good with additional fresh cilantro , chives or mint

yogurt, rich creamy type (not the non-fat yogurt variety), sour cream, water, cucumbers, peeled & seeds scooped out and cup up into small pieces, scallion, chopped up finely, garlic, chopped finely, lemon juice (if using a tangy type yogurt, eliminate or use 1 tablespoon)
