smooth peanut butter, rice wine vinegar, braggs liquid aminos (or tamari or soy sauce), brown rice syrup, sesame oil, fresh ginger, minced, red pepper flakes, crushed, napa cabbage, shredded, red bell pepper, thinly sliced, carrot, coarsely grated, green onions, thinly sliced, fresh cilantro (optional), sesame seeds, optional to garnish

macaroni (try rotini, corkscrews, alphabets...i like to use rice noodles) or 2/3 cup other shaped pasta (try rotini, corkscrews, alphabets...i like to use rice noodles), tahini (more to taste), tomato juice (i use v8), braggs liquid aminos, apple cider vinegar or 1/2 tsp red wine vinegar, garlic clove, minced (optional), vinaigrette dressing, to serve, see note below, garden salad, to serve (be sure it has lots of juicy tomatoes!)
