4 bison buffalo roast Recipes

bison round roast or 3 lbs buffalo roast, lipton onion soup mix, potatoes , cut into cubes, onion, sliced, green pepper, sliced (i don tsp use this), carrots, peeled and cut in 1 inch cubes

bison round roast (i was only cooking for 2 you will need 1.4-1.8kg for 4-6 people.), butter, shallots, finely chopped, orange juice, marmalade (generous half cup), balsamic vinegar, sugar, ground black pepper, thyme, red wine, madeira wine, beef stock, granules (my stock is quite dense so you may have to adjust amount depending on what you use.), bisto , gravy granules, olive oil, brussels sprouts, garlic cloves, crushed, pancetta, chopped (discard any bits which are predominately fat)

olive oil, bison roast, onion, coarsely chopped, carrots, peeled and coarsely chopped, stalks celery, diced, yukon gold potatoes, skin on and quartered, bay leaf, tomato paste, dry red wine, beef stock, all-purpose flour, salt , to taste, ground pepper , to taste
