eggs i use the equivalent of egg whites and it works well., apple juice concentrate,undiluted and unsweetened, any kind of milk , i use soy, canola oil , use a cup of applesauce instead-tastes great, maple syrup, ground cinnamon, baking powder, rolled oats or quick oats, see below, apples , chopped fairly small, raisins or c, nuts, chopped,any kind you like (optional), brown sugar, cinnamon, add ons could be raisins ,dried cranberries,apricots, etc.
