chicken breasts (i use the family size package of 5 that i store in the freezer), black beans, drained, frozen corn, black olives, drained (sliced black olives), onion, chopped, red bell pepper, chopped, salsa , medium, cream cheese, taco seasoning (i use taco bell or lawry s )

whole kernel corn, drained, kraft zesty italian dressing (no substitutions here), ripened avocado , deseeded and diced, green onions, chopped, garlic clove, minced, red bell pepper, chopped, orange bell pepper , chopped (optional but highly recommended), salt (or to taste), pepper (or to taste), jalapeno , deseeded and chopped (optional)

black beans, chicken broth, tomatoes with chilies (aka ro-tel) i use the milder for my daughter, rice , basmati is a great choice, some cheese , i use the fiesta blend
