Ingredients:

  • 8 oz package cracker barrell brand sharp chedder cold pack ceese food
  • 8 oz package cream cheese
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp chopped pimento
  • 1/2 tsp lemon juice

Directions:

  1. Combine cheese and butter, mix until well blended
  2. Add remaining ingredients
  3. Mix well
  4. Mold into cold pack container coated with margarine
  5. Chill until firm, unmold.
  6. Garnish with parsley and pimento strips
