Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients:

  • 110 g firmly packed brown sugar
  • 50 g granualated white sugar
  • 50 g 1 egg
  • 2 1/10 g vanilla extract
  • 1 3/20 g cinnamon
  • 4 g salt
  • 93 3/4 g flour
  • 2 3/10 g baking soda
  • 120 g oatmeal

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350
  2. Cream butter sugar, egg, vanilla, cinnamon and salt together.
  3. Sift flour baking soda together onto a sheet of paper or foil or waxed paper. Mix in chocolate and oatmeal.
  4. Add the dry ingredients to the wet, mix well. Drop by spoonfulls onto ungreased cookie sheet.
  5. Bake at 350 for 10 - 12 minutes until golden brown. Cool on a wire rack.
