  1. *To make lemon zest sugar—combine zest of 1 lemon and 4 tablespoons sugar; use this to rim the margarita glass.
  2. Combine the first 5 ingredients in a blender with 3/4 cup ice; blend until smooth.
  3. Pour into rimmed margarita glass.
