Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Remove seeds and pulp from melon; peel.
  2. Chop melon into smaller pieces and place in blender with lime juice; puree until smooth.
  3. Stir in club soda and gently mix.
  4. Pour into glasses, and add a little crushed ice.
  5. Garnish glass with a lime wedge if you desire.
