Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Roll out dough into one large cookie on a cookie sheet.
  3. Bake approximately 10 minutes until lightly golden.
  4. Remove when done and place on cooling rack.
  5. Whip cream cheese, powdered sugar, and pineapple until well-blended and creamy.
  6. Spread evenly over cookie crust.
  7. Slice strawberries as thin as possible, set aside.
  8. Peel and slice kiwis.
  9. Arrange strawberries and kiwis in a pretty pattern over top.
  10. Sprinkle with remaining powdered sugar.
  11. Refridgerate until serving.
