Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Crust: Work together, add oats and or pecans/walnuts for a thicker topping.
  2. Cup brown sugar
  3. Cup flour
  4. Cup butter (half of a stick)
  5. Filling: Mix together, add 1 cup of water to the bottom of the pan (or more or less) if the apples are old/dry. Also if apples are old/dry, add extra lemon juice and omit the sugar.
  6. Apples
  7. Tsp sugar
  8. Tsp cinnamon
  9. Tsp lemon juice
  10. Dash of nutmeg
  11. Bake at 350 for as long as needed, probably 30-45 min. Works well in a 9 x 13 pan.
