Ingredients:

  • 4 8 oz. package. cream cheese
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1 pint sour cream
  • 4 tbsp. melted butter
  • 3 tbsp. lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp. vanilla
  • 1 can comstock cherries of blueberry pie filling

Directions:

  1. Mix all ingredients ( except Comstock pie filling) For 20 minutes.
  2. Butter and flour spring pan.
  3. Pour ingredients into spring pan.
  4. Bake in preheated oven at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Turn oven off and leave cheesecake in the oven for another hour.
  5. Take out of oven and leave on counter for 2 hours.
  6. Top with pie filling and refrigerate overnight.
