Delicious and smoothe texture make this a cheesecake to please all! A co-worker makes this for me for my birthday and not a crumb is left! I am glad to have this recipe. Ingredients:
4 extra large eggs |
4 8 oz. pkgs. cream cheese |
2 cups sugar |
1 pint sour cream |
4 tbls. melted butter |
3 tbls. lemon juice |
2 tbls. vanilla |
1 can comstock cherries of blueberry pie filling |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients ( except Comstock pie filling) For 20 minutes. 2. Butter and flour spring pan. 3. Pour ingredients into spring pan. 4. Bake in preheated oven at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Turn oven off and leave cheesecake in the oven for another hour. 5. Take out of oven and leave on counter for 2 hours. 6. Top with pie filling and refrigerate overnight. |
