Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 3/4 cup coffee

Directions:

  1. Pour milk into a sauce pan.
  2. Slice the vanilla bean lengthwise and add to milk.
  3. Add brown sugar to milk.
  4. Bring milk to a boil, stiring to make sure milk does not burn.
  5. Remove from heat and let stand a few minutes.
  6. Remove vanilla bean and add milk to blender. Blend on high for roughly 30 seconds or untill frothy.
  7. Add to hot coffee and sprinkle with cinnamon.
