Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 lbs groung turkey
  • 2 1/2 teasp sage
  • 1 teasp pepper
  • 3/4 teasp marjoam
  • 1/4 teasp allspice
  • 1/2 teasp nutmeg
  • 1/2 teasp dry mustard
  • 1 teasp crushed red pepper flakes
  • 1/4 cup warm water

Directions:

  1. Mix:all spices with warm water,add to turkey meat and mix thorughly until well blended,refrigerate up to 12 hours to allow flavors to develope.shape in pattys and cook
  2. Serves about 8
