CAN BE MADE WITH PORK,CHICKEN,BEEF OR ANY GROUND MEAT Ingredients:
1 1/2 lbs groung turkey |
2 1/2 teasp sage |
1 teasp pepper |
3/4 teasp marjoam |
1/4 teasp allspice |
1/2 teasp nutmeg |
1/2 teasp dry mustard |
1 teasp crushed red pepper flakes |
1/4 cup warm water |
Directions:
1. mix:all spices with warm water,add to turkey meat and mix thorughly until well blended,refrigerate up to 12 hours to allow flavors to develope.shape in pattys and cook 2. serves about 8 |
