Ingredients:

  1. C. water
  2. /3 c. sugar
  3. /4 c. lime juice
  4. /2 - 3/4 c. acai blueberry vodka or blueberry vodka
  5. Lime wedge
  6. Sugar
  7. /4 c. loosely packed fresh mint leaves
  8. Ice cubes
  9. Fresh blueberries
  10. In pitcher combine water, 1/3 c. sugar and lime juice, stirring to dissolve sugar. cover and chill for 1-12 hours. Stir vodka into lime mixture.
  11. Wet the rims of cocktail glasses with lime wedge; dip rims in additional sugar. Using and mortar and pestle or wooden spoon, lightly bruise mint leaves; place mint in sugar rimmed glasses.
  12. Fill glass with ice. Pour vodka mixture over ice and mint leaves. If desired, garnish with fresh blueberries.
