Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Heat oven to 375 deg
  2. In a small bowl mix chopped peanuts, sugar and cinnamon.
  3. Set aside
  4. In another small bowl stir peanut butter and confectionary sugar until completely blended
  5. Shape mixture into 24 barely 1 balls
  6. Cut roll of cookie dough into 12 slices
  7. Cut each slice in half to make 24 pieces
  8. Flatten slightly
  9. Shape one cookie dough piece around 1 balls covering completely
  10. Repeat with the remaining dough and peanut butter balls
  11. Roll each covered bal in peanut mixture
  12. Gently pat mixture completely on to balls
  13. -
  14. On large ungreased cookie sheets place balls 2 apart
  15. Spray bottom of drinking glass wit non-stick cooking spray
  16. Flatten each ball to 1/4 thickness with bottom of glass
  17. Sprinke any remaining peanut mixture evenly on the top of the cookies gently pressing into dough
  18. Bake 7-12 minutes or until edges are golden brown
  19. Cool 1 minute
  20. Remove from cookie sheets to cooling rack
  21. Cool completely and store in a tightly covered container
