  • 1 Cook pasta. Use whole wheat if possible. Put nutri yeast and flour in pot - heat/brown. Add veg broth - stir. Add 1/3 c water at a time - stirring. Add spices, tomato sauce, milk and margarine (earth balance!). Pour sauce over pasta and bake for 15 - 30 mins.
