  • 1 1/3 cups milk
  • 1 tbsp black tea
  • 1/4 tsp clove
  • 1/4 tsp allspice
  • 1/4 tsp cardamom
  • 3 tbsp sugar

  • 1 Put water and spices (except for the black tea) into a small pot.
  • 2 Add water and cook on medium for 6 minutes, then add black tea.
  • 3 Place lid on pot and cook for 6 minutes.
  • 4 Add in milk and stir, then turn off the stove burner.
  • 5 Add sugar and stir until completely dissolved.
  • 6 Strain spices out and enjoy!
