1. Preheat oven to 400.
2. Chop onion and sauté in oil until soft.
3. Add beef and brown then drain and place mixture in bottom of large casserole dish.
4. Season with salt, pepper and cinnamon then rinse corn and drain well.
5. Layer over beef mixture then cut salami slices into thin strips and layer over corn.
6. Peel tomatoes then slice and layer over salami and season with salt, pepper and oregano.
7. Combine cheese and breadcrumbs then layer over tomatoes and dot with butter.
8. Bake 35 minutes then allow to cool 5 minutes before serving.
