  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 (16-oz) can organic refried beans
  • 1/3 cup salsa
  • 6 (8-inch) whole-wheat flour tortillas
  • 1 cup (4 oz) preshredded reduced-fat mexican blend cheese

  • 1 Heat a large nonstick skillet over medium heat; coat pan with cooking spray. Add turkey to pan; cook 7 minutes or until turkey is done, stirring frequently.
  • 2 Add taco seasoning and 1/4 cup water to pan, stirring well. Add beans and salsa, stirring gently to combine. Reduce heat to low, and cook 3 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
  • 3 Warm flour tortillas according to package directions. Sprinkle 2 tablespoons cheese down center of each tortilla; top each with about 1/3 cup turkey mixture. Roll up tortillas.
