  • 1 Pierce pie shell thoroughly with a fork. Bake at 375 for 10 minutes. Remove from oven. In a bowl, stir together remaining ingredients and pour into pie shell. Bake for 50 minutes at 350 degrees or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
  • 2 From frozen: thaw filling in fridge. Pie shell should sit at room temp until easily unrolled (about 15 minutes if it is coming from the fridge). Follow directions above.
