1. In a small sauté pan place onions and bell peppers with two tea spoons of olive oil. Sauté’ until golden brown then place in a small bowl and set aside. Next take 6 rice cakes two at a time and place on a microwave safe plate and top with; sauce, cheese, bell pepper, olives, onions, turkey pepperoni, and parmesan cheese. Bake in the microwave for 3 to 4 minutes then serve with salad!
