  • 1 package (3 oz) chicken ramen noodles
  • 3 3/4 cups coleslaw mix
  • 1/2 cup veggie oil
  • 3 tsp. sugar

  • 1 In a large bowl, break noodles into small pieces. Set aside seasoning packet.
  • 2 Add the coleslaw mix, almonds and the onions.
  • 3 In a small bowl, combine the oil, vinegar, sugar and seasoning packet. Wisk together well.
  • 4 Pour over coleslaw mixture and toss to coat. Serve immediately.
  • 5 Refrigerate leftovers. 4-6 servings
  • 6 This makes enough dressing to accomodate a whole bag of slaw mix.
