1. In a bowl, combine the first four ingredients.
2. Crumble beef over mixture and mix well.
3. Shape into 1 inches balls.
4. In a large saucepan, brown meatballs; drain.
5. Add the picante sauce, corn, beans, tomatoes and water; bring to a boil.
6. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 20min. or until the meat is no longer pink.
