crab cakes, lump crab meat picked through.(i have used just the canned crab meat and its fine also), eggs, bread crumbs, dijon mustard, worcestershire sauce, old bay seasoning, hot sauce (more if you like a kick), chopped chives, red pepper sauce, roasted red bell peppers or jar roasted peppers, heavy cream, olive oil, crushed garlic, salt & pepper to taste
