3 tartar light mayo Recipes

light mayonnaise , your favourite, baby pickles (or 1 small pickle would suffice, i use pickles in garlic as opposed to dill), capers, fresh lemon juice, green onion, dijon mustard, tarragon (optional), salt and pepper

cornmeal (we used yellow ), parmesan cheese, salt, pepper, fish fillet (see note above, i used tilapia), dijon mustard, egg white , whipped until stiff, cooking spray (pam ), olive oil, tartar sauce (i used light mayo), light hamburger buns or 4 whole wheat hamburger buns, lemon, cut into wedges, lettuce, tomato , cut into 8 slices (optional)
