3 potato leek casserole bake Recipes

potatoes, diced into 1-inch cubes (about 2 1/2 lbs), butter, garlic cloves, minced, leeks, thinly sliced, tomato, diced, salt, pepper, paprika, parsley, evaporated milk, cream cheese, sour cream, shredded cheddar cheese, swiss cheese (or use more cheddar-sharp is good)

mixed vegetables (enough for a casserole dish i use potato, pumpkin, leek, carrot, sweet potato anything on hand reall), chicken stock, cream cheese with garlic and herbs, cornflour (mixed with 2tbsp water to make slurry)
