spaghetti or 1 lb rigatoni pasta, extra virgin olive oil (enough to coat bottom of pan), pancetta, chopped (italian bacon), red pepper flakes, garlic cloves, chopped, dry white wine, egg yolks, romano cheese, freshly grated, fresh parsley, for garnish

rigatoni pasta (i have also used penne), extra virgin olive oil, pancetta, chopped (my local store sells this already chopped in a pillow pack...a huge time saver!), crushed red pepper flakes, garlic cloves, chopped, dry white wine, egg yolks , large, grated romano cheese (i often double this), salt & freshly ground black pepper, chopped flat leaf parsley (to garnish )
