head cabbage or 1/2 head coleslaw mix, green onions, finely chopped (cut with kitchen shears, so much easier), sunflower seeds, toasted slivered almonds, ramen noodles , crunched up & you ll need to set the seasoning packet aside (chicken or oriental are pretty good), apple cider vinegar, extra virgin olive oil (pompian is my fav), pepper, sugar (optional), ramen noodles , seasoning from noodle package (above)
