store bought puff pastry dough (thawed ), fresh ricotta, drained well, extra-large eggs, sugar, navel orange , organic preferable, thinly slice, some candied orange peel , some diced to mix into the cake, some stripes for garnish, red pepper flakes, mixed with a few drops of balsamic vinegar, marmalade, slightly heated up (easier to spread over the top of cake)

crushed tortilla chips, melted butter, cream cheese, eggs, colby/jack cheese, shredded, chopped green chilies, drained, sour cream, diced scallions, diced tomatoes, sliced black olives, chopped yellow peppers and orange peppers, mixed, tortilla chips to serve
