fusilli , cooked according to package directions, creamy garlic alfredo sauce, spinach (microwaved or steamed ), diced bell pepper (red or green ), parmesan cheese or 1 1/2 cups asiago cheese, white wine or 1/2 cup chicken broth

lean ground beef, pasta, cream of mushroom soup, water, frozen creamed spinach (stick in microwave for a min to loosen), mushrooms, cheddar cheese, mozzerella cheese, salt , pepper, onion powder, red pepper flakes (i used a little for some flavor, add more to kick up the spice factor)
