3 lox benedict Recipes

bagels, split and toasted, cream cheese, lox, eggs, poached, hollandaise sauce (i use quick blender hollandaise), fresh dill (optional but very nice !)

minced shallots, dry mustard, dry white wine, whipping cream, white wine vinegar, eggs, thick slices brioche loaf or egg bread, lightly toasted, each slice cut in half on diagonal, sliced smoked salmon (not lox), egg yolks, chopped fresh dill, fresh dill sprigs (optional)
