new potatoes , scrubbed and quartered lengthways, fine green beans, trimmed, rindless streaky bacon, mixed salad greens (or your own mix of leaves), cooked skinless chicken breasts, into chunks, honey mustard dressing (bought or home made)

red potatoes, skin on, eggs, divided, chopped onion, water chestnuts, drained and finely chopped, celery rib, finely sliced (without leaves ), dill weed, crushed, garlic powder, celery seed, dry mustard, turmeric (gives potato salad beautiful yellow color), parsley flakes, ground, sweet pickle juice, light mayonnaise, prepared yellow mustard, prepared dijon mustard, honey mustard dressing, salt and pepper (i used 1 tsp of each), parsley flakes, crushed (for garnish )
