cornish hens (i used frozen ones- but fresh would be just as yummy), fresh basil, fresh rosemary, fresh thyme, garlic clove (diced or chopped ), unsalted butter (i cheated and bought some fresh poultry herbs- just picked out what i needed), extra virgin olive oil ( ), fresh diced red peppers, jona gold apples (sliced or diced whichever you prefer), butter & herbed croutons, unsalted butter (melted ), fresh rosemary, garlic clove (freshly chopped ), vidalia onion (finely chopped ), scallion (chopped- 1-inch pieces so it adds color & flavor)
