and a 1/2 tbsp orange liqueur , grand marnier or cointreau, strong black coffee, maya gold chocolate (green & blacks ), eggs, separated, caster sugar, light cream cheese, fat greek yoghurt, cocoa powder, plus extra to dust, sponge fingers, halved

butter for greasing, ready-made sponge flan case, orange liqueur, caster sugar, oranges , zest of both and juice of 1 orange, cornflour, half lb full-fat soft cream cheese, eggs, vanilla pod, seeds scraped out, double cream, plus extra to serve, dark chocolate pieces
