penne pasta, cooked and kept warm, links sun-dried tomato chicken sausage, chopped (aidels or emeril brand is what i usually use, mushroom or pesto sausage works well too), diced tomatoes, undrained, zucchini, sliced (i use frozen ), mushroom, sliced, spinach (i use frozen ), bell pepper, chopped (i use frozen ), onion, chopped fine, red wine, garlic clove, minced, balsamic vinegar, mrs. dash seasoning mix (original, sun-dried tomato, or garlic & herb all work well), nonstick cooking spray (use as needed )

oil-packed sun-dried tomato halves, loosely packed fresh basil leaves, water, salt, garlic cloves, olive oil, skinless, boneless chicken breast , cut into 1-inch pieces, salt, freshly ground black pepper, garlic cloves, minced, balsamic vinegar, prewashed baby spinach, evaporated fat-free milk, goat cheese, crumbled, hot cooked cavatappi (about 4 cups uncooked pasta)
