pork loin chops with bone (i get fairly thick chops so they don tsp dry out in the crock pot), garlic powder, salt, pepper, vegetable oil (i like to use either canola or olive oil), no-sugar-added ketchup (low carb), splenda brown sugar substitute, hickory-flavored liquid smoke (don tsp omit this!)
