heinz ketchup, liquid smoke , hickory flavour preferred, paprika, smoked preferred, brown sugar , packed, garlic cloves, minced (1 tsp.), black pepper, freshly ground, boneless pork loin chops , at least 1 inch thick, seasoning salt (or to taste), black pepper, freshly ground (or to taste), olive oil

pork loin chops with bone (i get fairly thick chops so they don tsp dry out in the crock pot), garlic powder, salt, pepper, vegetable oil (i like to use either canola or olive oil), no-sugar-added ketchup (low carb), splenda brown sugar substitute, hickory-flavored liquid smoke (don tsp omit this!)
