3 cranberry matzoh Recipes

baking apples (use granny smith if possible, cored and medium diced), brown sugar, fresh orange juice, plain matzohs (broken into 2-3-inch pieces, use unsalted matzoh), warm water, eggs, salt, cinnamon (can use more ), sugar, melted butter (or use margarine), dried cranberries (i use ocean spray craisins for this), dried apricots, chopped coarsely, cold butter (cut into small pieces) or 5 tbsp margarine (cut into small pieces), sugar (use white or brown sugar for sprinkling)

vegetable oil spray, sliced carrots, drained, crushed pineapple in juice, drained, apples, cored and chopped, matzoh meal, dried cranberries or raisins, eggs, separated, almonds, toasted, cinnamon, ground coriander
