sugar, unsweetened cocoa, butter (don tsp use margarine), milk or 1/4 cup half-and-half cream, chocolate chips, orange extract, vanilla extract, chopped nuts (optional)

heavy cream, very cold, powdered ( confectionary ) sugar to taste, vanilla , or almond or flavor extract of choice( orange, lemon, anise etc etc ), variations, chocolate : 1/2 cup baking cocoa, sifted in with in the icing sugar, mocha/expresso : 1 tbsp instant coffee, mixed in the cream, alcoholic : 1 - 2 tbsp rum, sherry, kaluha etc etc, pudding flavor : 2 tbsp instant vanilla pudding powder
